Since I recently mocked England because people there can’t tell the difference between a gunshot and guys playing cricket, it’s only fair that I point out a similar problem here.

SayUncle reports that a mall in Roanoke, Virginia, was evacuated because a guard confused an umbrella with an assault rifle.

In the guard’s defense, the umbrella was black.
